Less than 24-hour notice will result in a 50% charge of booked appointment(s). a "NO CALL/NO SHOW" will result in 100% charge of booked appointment(s). As a courtesy we send out text/e-mail reminders 48 hours in advance in order to avoid missed appointments/cancellation fees.
